MONOCURE 3D RESINAWAY 2 LITER
Monocure 3D RESINAWAY is a non-flammable, safe and highly advanced UV resin cleaning solution. It is chemically engineered to quickly and effectively remove uncured UV photopolymer resin from printed parts without unwanted surface cracks, cloudiness, or white residue. It is a perfect cleaner for making plates, tanks, instruments and surfaces. It is safer, faster, more effective and longer lasting than isopropyl alcohol (IPA).
APPLICATION
Use this cleaning agent as is, do not dilute with water. For best results, use in conjunction with an ultrasonic cleaning bath (heat is unnecessary). Keep printed objects immersed in RESINAWAY until uncured resin has been removed. If you are using a non-ultrasonic bath, use a soft brush to facilitate this process. Once free of resin, remove the object from RESINAWAY and for best results use compressed air to remove the remaining liquid, otherwise dry with a lint-free cloth. Then, post-cure the part using a recommended 405nm LED lamp until the surface is tack-free (approximately 5 minutes at 30 watts). The final process involves rinsing under tap water. To clean tanks, build plates, instruments and surfaces, rinse/soak/wipe with RESINAWAY then wash with fresh water.
