Article 3 – Price

Article 5 – Payment
The currency used for transactions is the euro (€). Payment is made in cash when ordering. The amounts to be paid cannot be paid in the form of deposits or installments.

Article 6 – Delivery

According to article L 121.20.3 of the Consumer Code, the company undertakes to notify the delivery deadline before ordering, subject to full payment of the order.
Delivery can be made either by hand delivery or by provision (carrier services or relay point). Subject to stock availability, an order may be sent in several packages. However, delivery is paid in one go.
The order is delivered to the address indicated when taking the order. WANHAO FRANCE is exempt from any liability for 2 main delivery concerns: if the delay is linked to a case of force majeure (L114-1 Consumer Code; art 15 LCEN), if the delay is the fault of the buyer (art 15 LCEN).
There is always a risk of delay or loss linked to a delivery. If the customer is the victim of a similar problem within 5 working days after confirmation of dispatch of the order, he must notify WANHAO FRANCE to start an investigation with the carrier. The package will be searched for as long as possible. If the investigation is unsuccessful, WANHAO FRANCE will be reimbursed by the carrier and will send a new identical package at its expense. Failure to meet contractual deadlines by the company may be grounds for termination of the contract. Article 10 - Guarantee

In order to reduce delays and costs, returning parts for replacement may be preferable to returning equipment. Replacement parts are sent after receipt of defective parts. This operation requires the prior agreement of the customer.
Whatever the type of guarantee, the return is the responsibility of the customer. That is to say that the costs and risks linked to delivery are his responsibility. In the event that the breakdown is not covered by the warranty, the provision of after-sales service is invoiced, shipping costs included. Product wear and tear is not covered by the warranty when it involves intense, abnormal, illicit or non-compliant use of the products. This includes damage to products and defects in conformity with the contract under the conditions provided for in articles L.211-1 of the Consumer Code. The legal guarantee against redhibitory defects is also ensured within the limits of the conditions provided for in articles 1641 to 1649 of the civil code.
"Art. L.211-4 of the Consumer Code: " The seller is required to deliver goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. He is also liable for defects in conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when this has been his responsibility by the contract or has been carried out under his responsibility.

"Art. L. 211-8. – The buyer has the right to demand that the goods conform to the contract. He cannot, however, contest conformity by invoking a defect that he knew or could not have ignored when he contracted. The same applies when the defect has its origin in the materials he himself supplied.
"Art. L. 211-9. – In the event of a lack of conformity, the buyer chooses between repair and replacement of the goods.
However, the seller may not proceed according to the buyer's choice if this choice results in a cost that is manifestly disproportionate with regard to the other method, taking into account the value of the goods or the importance of the defect. He is then required to proceed, unless impossible, according to the method not chosen by the buyer.
"Art. L. 211-10. – If repair and replacement of the goods are impossible, the buyer may return the goods and have the price refunded or keep the goods and have part of the price refunded.
The same faculty is open to him.
1° If the solution requested, proposed or agreed in application of ARTICLE L. 211-9 cannot be implemented within one month following the buyer's complaint;
2° Or if this solution cannot be done without major inconvenience for him taking into account the nature of the property and the use he is seeking.
However, the sale cannot be canceled if the lack of conformity is minor.
"Art. L. 211-11. – The application of the provisions of ARTICLES L. 211-9 and L. 211-10 takes place at no cost to the buyer.
These same provisions do not prevent the award of damages.
"Art. L.211-12 of the Consumer Code: " The action resulting from the lack of conformity is prescribed two years from the delivery of the goods.
"Art. L. 211-13. – The provisions of this section do not deprive the buyer of the right to exercise the action resulting from redhibitory defects as it results from Articles 1641 to 1649 of the civil code or any other action of a contractual or extra-contractual nature which is recognized to him by the law.
"Art. L. 211-14. – The recourse action may be exercised by the final seller against successive sellers or intermediaries and the producer of the tangible movable property, according to the principles of the civil code.
Commercial guarantee
"Art. L. 211-15. – The commercial guarantee offered to the buyer takes the form of a written document made available to the buyer.

This period runs from the buyer's request for intervention or the making available for repair of the good in question, if this making available is subsequent to the request for intervention.

10.1 – Legal guarantee of conformity
