The PLA Silk filament produces 3D prints with reflections that are very pleasing to the eye, highlighting the reliefs of your model. A PLA Silk will have a much more shiny and intense effect than a classic PLA, giving a silky side to your works.
PLA Silk is equipped with NoJAM technology which prevents nozzles from clogging and limits, or even eliminates, stringing, these very fine threads which can appear when the nozzle moves between two parts of the print.
Wanhao Silk PLA offers very good surface continuity between layers and the extrusion will be constant thanks to its perfectly uniform diameter throughout the coil. It is therefore compatible with all FDM 3D printers on the market, including all-metal print heads.
