If the order has not yet been shipped when canceled, its delivery becomes blocked and the sums paid by the customer are refunded within 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice.

In this case, you will have to refuse delivery or return the items to us accompanied by the return form, a copy of your identity card and a copy of the purchase invoice. The refund will be made a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the return of the entire package and in its original condition. Failure to comply with these conditions does not give access to reimbursement.

- You have not received your package
Our average delivery times are 24 hours to 5 working days after receipt of payment.
If you are not in Europe, allow a few extra days before receiving your package.
There is always a risk of delay or loss linked to a delivery. If you are the victim of a similar problem within 5 working days after confirmation of dispatch of the order , you must notify WANHAO FRANCE to start an investigation with the carrier. If the investigation is unsuccessful, WANHAO FRANCE will be reimbursed by the carrier and will send a new identical package at its expense. If the company is not alerted within the prescribed period, you will have no recourse.
If the indicated deadline has been exceeded for 7 days , except in cases of force majeure, you have the option of canceling your order and getting a refund. The procedure to follow to benefit from this service is to send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt no later than 15 days from the scheduled delivery date. - You have made a purchasing error or the product is not compliant
You can assert your right of withdrawal within the limits of article 8 of our General Conditions of Sale. This service is only available to individual customers. You can return your item to us up to 7 days after receipt .

- Print and complete the returns form.
- Send your item along with the form and purchase invoice to the address:

The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original, undamaged packaging and showing no traces of use. It must be accompanied by all its accessories (instructions, cords, remote controls, guarantees, etc.). Otherwise, you will lose your right of withdrawal and the product will be returned to you at your expense.
If the return conditions are respected, the seller will provide a full refund of the sums paid by the buyer, excluding delivery costs. Reimbursement can be made by vouchers or by transfer. The customer must indicate the chosen refund option on the return form. This operation takes place within 14 days from the customer's decision to withdraw. Reimbursement may be deferred until receipt or proof of shipment of the products concerned.

- You received your package but it arrived broken
It happens that your package is shaken in all directions during delivery and therefore your item may break. In this case the package must be refused and the reason must be indicated on the delivery document. This check is considered completed from the moment you or any other delegated person has signed the delivery document. If damage is noted and no reservation is expressed at the time of delivery, you have no recourse possible.
Non-compliance of the product gives rise to an exchange or refund. In this case, you have 15 days from the delivery date to make the request via the contact form on the site www.wanhaofrance.com or by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the WANHAO FRANCE address.
The return of the product must be accompanied by the following form:
