This should resolve all of your concerns. If the top is not perfectly flat, which is the case with all tops, this does not pose a problem with snagging if you follow our procedures.
This is a problem with the micro SD card. We recommend that you change it.
Error codes (displayed at the top right of the screen) .
Err1: The platen temperature exceeds the maximum temperatures
Check the tray thermistor.
Err2: Nozzle temperature exceeds maximum temperatures
Check the nozzle thermistor.
Err3 : The platen temperature is below the minimum temperature
Check the tray thermistor.
Err4: Nozzle temperature is below minimum temperature
Check the nozzle thermistor.
Err5: Heating fault of the extrusion head heating cartridge.
It is recognizable because the temperature of the extruder does not rise during a heating request.
You must check the various connections of the heating cartridge on the terminal blocks (motherboard and splitter).
To begin, you must check the connection of the heating cartridge to the extrusion head terminal block. The ideal is to have a multimeter to take the voltage at the terminal block. A voltage of approximately 24 V is supposed to be present when the heating request is made.
If 24V is present, it is the heating cartridge. Start by unplugging it then plugging it back in, first checking to see if the two wires are bare.
If on the terminal block it remains at 0V you will have to check the connection to the motherboard.
When heating up, an LED is supposed to light up on the motherboard.
Err6: Print bed heating cartridge heating fault.
Check the bed heating cartridge.
Err7: Abnormal nozzle temperature variation.
- Ventilation channel which is incorrectly installed.
- When printing dual you have a drop in temperature between the use of the two extruders (to be modified in the slicer).
- The temperature probe is too tight at the heating body screw.
