PRESENTATION
A PEI tray is a type of surface used to improve adhesion between the molten filament and the tray, while also making it easier to remove printed objects once they are finished. It has a smooth surface and another in PEI which gives a textured effect to your prints.
Three different sizes :
- Size D12 230 : 235 x 235 mm or other printer of identical size like CREALITY ENDER 3, Ender 3 v2
- Size D12 300 : 310 x 310 mm or other printer of identical size such as SIDEWINDER X1 / X2
- Size D12-500 : 510 x 510 mm or other printer of the same size
FEATURES _
- High adhesion: The PEI plate provides excellent adhesion between the filament and the printing surface . This allows the model to adhere firmly to the bed during printing, reducing the chance of warping or delamination during printing.
- Double-sided: PEI trays have two usable sides, a textured side and a smooth side .
- Ease of Removal: Once printing is complete and the bed has cooled, the printed objects can be removed from the PEI bed quite easily. It is usually enough to lift them gently without the need for a scraper or other tools .
