The Wanhao features a large print area of 23 x 23 x 24 cm, offering great flexibility for printing objects of various sizes and shapes. It is equipped with a very intuitive color LCD touchscreen, allowing you to easily control the printing and monitor your project in real time. Additionally, it is Wi-Fi compatible and has a USB port, offering you convenient daily use.

The printer comes pre-assembled, which means you only need to attach the gantry to the base, fix the spool holder and extruder, and connect a few electrical plugs together. Additionally, we provide our customers with a complete assembly video guide in French to assist you with this step.
PRINT QUALITY
The Duplicator 12 / 230 is powered by a MKS 3.1 board with a 32-bit processor, coupled with precise and quiet stepper motor drivers for horizontal movements, type TMC 2209. This setup guarantees you smooth surfaces, perfectly rendered details, and thanks to its belt tensioning system, "ghosting" effects are almost nonexistent. You can print layers ranging from 0.08 mm up to 0.28 mm with the original 0.4 mm nozzle, offering a wide range of use, whether for printing functional or artistic parts. The extrusion system is based on Titan technology, providing high torque to drive all types of filaments. Although the recommended print speed is 60 mm/s for optimal quality, the Duplicator D12 can push its limits and allow printing at 100 mm/s for inner contours and infill, or even more. Its lightweight head (in bowden version) results in very low inertia, and the precision electronics allow all movement calculations without slowdowns.
USER COMFORT
In addition to its easy and quick assembly, the Duplicator D12 is user-friendly on a daily basis. It features a large color touchscreen giving you access to most of the machine's controls. You can also operate it remotely via a USB connection. File transfer for printing is done via a Micro SD card with files prepared using the most popular software such as Cura, Lyhee Slicer, Simplify 3D, IdeaMaker, to name a few. It also offers Wi-Fi connectivity if the Micro SD card is already inserted. The removable magnetic bed allows for easy removal of 3D prints, and its belt tensioning system makes maintenance simple. It is also quiet, with relatively discreet motor movements, and it is equipped with low-noise fans. Finally, you can rely on the printer to pause thanks to its filament detector if it runs out, or to resume printing in case of a power outage.
SINGLE OR DUAL EXTRUSION
The Duplicator 12 230 PRO is available in two versions: single (MONO) and dual extruders (DUAL), allowing you to print two different types of filaments within the same print. This feature lets you vary your prints by using two different colors or two different materials, such as PVA, a water-soluble filament used for printing supports. The Duplicator 12 230 PRO uses a Y-shaped filament collection system located before the nozzle, making it easier to guide the filament to be printed. However, note that this option requires an understanding of FDM printers and mastery of filament retraction settings. We recommend the Dual Extruder model for experienced users or beginners who wish to move to this option after gaining experience. It is also possible to start with the Single Extruder model and later add the kit to upgrade to Dual Extruder.
