PRINT QUALITY

The Duplicator 12/230 is controlled by a MKS 3.1 card with a 32-bit processor , coupled with precise and silent stepper motor drivers for horizontal movements, such as TMC 2209 . This configuration guarantees you smooth surfaces, perfectly rendered details, and thanks to its belt tension system, “ghosting” effects are almost non-existent. You will be able to print layers ranging from 0.08 mm up to 0.28 mm with the original 0.4mm nozzle, providing a wide range of use, whether printing functional or artistic parts. THE extrusion system is based on Titan technology , offering significant torque to drive all types of filaments. Although the recommended print speed is 60 mm/s for optimal quality, the Duplicator D12 can push its limits and enable prints at 100 mm/s for inner outlines and infill, or even faster. Its light head (in bowden version) generates very low inertia, and the precision electronics allow all movement calculations to be carried out without slowdowns.

COMFORT IN USE

In addition to its easy and quick assembly, the Duplicator D12 is user-friendly on a daily basis. It has a large color touch screen giving you access to the majority of the machine's controls. You can also control it remotely via a USB connection. The transfer of files to print is done by a Micro SD card with files prepared with the most popular software such as Cura, Lyhee Slicer, Simplify 3D, IdeaMaker, to name just a few. This feature allows you to vary your prints by using two different colors or two different materials, such as PVA, a water-soluble filament, used for media printing. The Duplicator 12 230 PRO uses a Y-shaped filament collection system located before the nozzle, which makes it easier to control the filament to be printed. However, note that this option requires an understanding of FDM printers and mastery of filament retraction settings. We recommend the Dual Extruder model to experienced users or beginners who want to progress to this option after gaining experience. It is also possible to start with the Single Extruder model and later add the kit to upgrade to Dual Extruder.
