MONOCURE designed this resin Rapid TUFF™ for low-power LED/LCD DLP 3D printers. TUFF™ offers a unique balance of advanced urethanes specially developed to produce parts with high tensile strength. These mechanical properties provide a perfect balance between strength, finish, flexibility, and a hard surface. Use MONOCURE TUFF™ if you intend to 3D print robust engineering prototypes; it is designed to withstand high stress and strain. Once fully post-cured, TUFF™ can also be machined, painted, or polished for additional finishing. MONOCURE created this unique material to remain rigid and hard while resisting high tensile pressure. Strength improves with increasing thickness of the printed part. For more delicate and thinner models, it is recommended to add MONOCURE FLEX100™ to increase flexibility if needed.

MONOCURE TUFF™ can be used alone or mixed with our range of PIGMENTS to produce varying degrees
of softness and firmness. By adding a small amount of FLEX100™ to the Rapid MONOCURE TUFF resin

you would create a less brittle and more durable part. Adding larger amounts will make it more flexible. Be sure to weigh the products so results can be replicated. Our CMYK pigment set can be used to achieve desired colors.
