BMG type extruder for E2 Extruder (easily convertible in both directions for the position of the motor connector).
Compatible with Wanhao D12 230, 300, 400 and 500
Other printer: depending on the connections.
Features of the BMG extruder:
- Two filament drive wheels, for higher performance, precision and reliability.
- CNC machined steel drive wheels, for greater wear resistance when using abrasive filaments.
- Well-notched wheels for perfect grip of the filament on both sides, for more fluid flow of material.
- Supplied with a Nema 17 motor
For Duplicator 12:
The direction of the motor will be reversed relative to the Titan extruder.
Some firmware versions allow you to change the direction directly via the screen. Otherwise the firmware has a txt file.
To modify this, it's very simple. Retrieve the Firmware from our site.
Then open the text file (TXT).
Go down and change the value of INVERT_E0_DIR (0 or 1). You can do the same with extruder 2 (E1).
Save the change and flash the firmware into the printer.
